Seriously! As weird as it sounds, it really did! By applying CBD cream to my hurting bones, I felt an instant sense of relief as and no longer needed to take my pain medication! This is incredible, considering I thought I would be reliant on pain killers for the rest of my life. Applying CBD oil to my legs has become a daily part of my routine and I can not imagine the day where I go without it!
- CBD helped with my muscle pain:
When I work out, I go all out! This means that often I wake up with extremely sore muscles and often some very tender areas. What I started doing was experimenting with putting some CBD cream on my muscles after a workout to see if it made a difference in how sore I felt the next day. Needless to say, I still work out hard, but my muscles move with a lot less tenderness now!
